The Codman Square Health Council invites you to the FAMILY Farmers Market. Every Thursday from 4pm-7pm June 12th - October 23rd. Be sure to have cash on hand to buy fresh fruit and vegetables in front of Codman Square Health Center. FAMILY, Inc. is a community organizing system. Come visit The ReVision Urban Farm at 38 Fabyan St.(off Blue Hill Ave near Franklin Park)for a local farmers market every Thursday. There are low prices and good fresh food! If anyone has questions or comments please call 617.825.8642.
