Please join OST staff from throughout the city and beyond to share stories, explore ideas related to the identity of the field, and learn core strategies to improve your effectiveness in working with children and youth, and the overall quality of your program. Please join us on September 4th, 2008 for our first Roundtable on "Quality Environments for Youth" at the Boston Public Library. An introduction to the concept of environment and the elements that make up a quality OST program. This Foundational Training will provide basic advice for new staff, and a refresher course for returning staff.
We anticipate that attendees at our Roundtables will qualify for EEC professional development hours as has been the case for all prior Leadership Roundtables.
