Since 1951, Big Sister Association of Greater Boston has been helping girls reach their full potential through positive mentoring relationships with women. Big Sister is the largest mentoring organization in Greater Boston exclusively serving girls, covering 69 cities, towns and communities.
Big Sister Association of Greater Boston’s mission is to help girls realize their full potential by providing them with positive mentoring relationships with women. Our vision is to create a mentor-rich community in which every girl has access to the individual nurturing, guidance and support she needs to become a confident, competent and caring adult. Using research-based best practices, we hope to become a national model for gender-specific mentoring for girls which can be replicated in other mentoring programs.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity with a dynamic mentoring agency exclusively serving girls. The Customer Service & Program Support Assistant works with all members of our staff, and is often the first point of contact between external parties and the agency. This position provides customer service, program support and administrative assistance. It requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow through on tasks, and excellent computer skills.
Salary: mid – 20’s
