aperitifs as jazz pianist Kevin Harris plays his distinctive blend of
traditional and contemporary jazz. About Kevin Harris: Harris, a native of Kentucky, is
a pianist, composer, and arranger whose original and re-imagined pieces
vary from explosive polyrhythmic beats to introspective ballads.  Jazz
Times writes, ?Harris tiptoes and pirouettes across a relaxed set of
ballads and lightly soulful grooves [?] he possesses a spare style and
a gentle touch.?
