Summary

Responsible for providing high quality  job
readiness training, career counseling, and job placement services,
training referral, and case management assistance to SPAN Prisoner
Reentry Initiative Program customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education,
Counseling or related field.  Minimum 3 years experience in job
readiness training, counseling and/or job development.  Excellent
interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.  Strong
organizational, planning and time management skills.  Excellent
ability to correctly assess customer needs.

Willingness to work in a team based, customer-centered
service delivery environment.  Past experience working in a
diverse, dynamic, high volume environment strongly preferred.
Experience working with offenders preferred.
