Girls Summer Yoga Program
This fun and FREE program is designed specifically for teen girls and will teach participants
Basic Yoga techniques such as breathing, postures, safety and alignment
Girl Specific Exercises that promote self-esteem, positive body image, and healthy weight management
Skills for managing stress and making healthy lifestyle choices
Strengthening and conditioning of core body muscles that can applied to other sports
Classes are designed to allow Girls to make new friends while exercising in a safe and nurturing environment!
All participants who complete the program will receive a Yoga Mat and Girls Yoga T- Shirt!
