Case Aide –Part-time position

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing mentoring agency! Big Sister Association of Greater Boston is the largest mentoring organization in Greater Boston exclusively serving girls.  Join our Community-Based Mentoring Team as a Case Aide.

·        Community-Based Mentoring is a one-to-one mentoring program which matches girls, age 7-15, with adult women mentors.

This is a part-time position to assist our social work staff with:

·        telephone contact with Big and Little Sisters,

·        running reference checks on prospective volunteers, and

·        assisting with program outcome evaluations.

BSW/MSW and social work experience preferred. Flexible schedule may be available for individuals who are willing to commit to 15-20 hours per week. In addition to normal weekday hours we have evening hours, till 7:30 and Saturday hours, 9:00-4:00. BSW/MSW preferred.
